These terms govern your use of Genba Solo (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Purpose
The App helps create estimates, job-photo records, work confirmations, invoices and payment records. It does not provide tax, legal, building-code or public-works certification advice or guarantees.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking document content, tax rates, amounts, registration numbers, photos, signatures, retention periods and compliance with applicable laws. Consult a qualified local professional for important decisions.
3. Data and backups
You are responsible for making backups as often as appropriate. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device loss or failure, app deletion, operating-system faults or cloud-service outages.
4. Pro subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed. An auto-renewable subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. The price and period are shown before purchase. Restores and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable rules.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the App to break the law, infringe rights, create fraudulent invoices or evidence, disrupt the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or misuse its services.
6. Changes and termination
Features, prices and these terms may change in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s rules. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.

本規約は、現場ひとり帳（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。利用者は本規約およびAppleの標準利用許諾契約に同意して本アプリを利用します。
1. 用途
本アプリは、見積、施工写真、工事確認、請求、入金記録等の作成を補助するツールです。税務、法務、建築・公共工事認証に関する専門的助言または適合保証を提供するものではありません。
2. 利用者の責任
利用者は、作成・提出する書類の内容、税率、金額、登録番号、写真、署名、保存期間および関係法令への適合を自ら確認するものとします。重要な判断は適切な専門家へ相談してください。
3. データとバックアップ
利用者は必要な頻度でバックアップを作成する責任を負います。端末の紛失、故障、アプリ削除、OSまたはクラウドサービスの障害等によるデータ消失について、法令上認められる範囲で開発者は責任を負いません。
4. Proプラン
自動更新サブスクリプションは購入確認時にApple IDへ課金され、期間終了の24時間以上前に解約しない限り自動更新されます。更新と解約はApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理画面で行えます。価格と期間は購入画面に表示されます。
5. 禁止事項
法令違反、権利侵害、不正な請求・証拠作成、本アプリの妨害・解析・不正利用を禁止します。
6. 変更・終了
機能、価格、本規約は、法令とAppleのルールに従い変更される場合があります。重要な変更はアプリまたは公開ページで告知します。
